If you’re considering a product return or exchange, please note the following:

Weavers and artisans create each hand-woven and hand-crafted item of Prasanna Lakshmi Silks. Authentic craft techniques may result in uneven weaves, variations in patterns, small changes in the cloth, and slight colour variations. These variations are not to be considered damage or defects, as they are characteristic of hand-crafted products.

Order Processing & Delivery

All sarees at Prasanna Lakshmi Silks are ready to ship and are prepared for dispatch once your order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

We offer fast Pan-India shipping, as well as international shipping.

For selected sarees that are out of stock, a Pre-Order option may be available. Pre-ordered sarees will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. The availability of the Pre-Order option depends on the individual saree.

Returns, Exchanges & Manufacturing Defects

Prasanna Lakshmi Silks accepts return or exchange requests for wrong products, damaged products, or manufacturing defects, subject to verification.

All such cases must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. An unboxing video of the package at the time of opening is required to process any return or exchange request. The reason for the return or exchange must also be clearly mentioned.

The product must be unused and unsoiled, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received, with the original folds (especially for sarees) and price tag intact.

Customers wishing to return or exchange a product must contact prasannalakshmisilks@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt, along with the required unboxing video and reason for the request.

If a manufacturing defect or other reasonable fault is reported, the product will be investigated. Upon verification and approval, an exchange will be provided.

Customers are responsible for folding and packing the product neatly in its original packaging and couriering the product back to the seller as instructed by our customer service team.

Refund Procedure

Following receipt and inspection of the returned goods in acceptable condition, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

After the merchandise has been shipped back to the seller, the return transit and processing may take up to three weeks.

In the event of soiled, used, or damaged goods, Prasanna Lakshmi Silks reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange, or refund.

Policy on Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.
